It will take you to a digital photo archive located at Washington State
University. At last count, it contained 178 photos of the City of Ellensburg
taken between the 1880s and the present. Many of the wonderful historic city
buildings that no longer exist can be found here. Of particular interest are
the historical tidbits that accompany each photo located under the "Description"
tab at the upper left. Here you will find notes that describe who took the photo,
when, and a bit of the history involved. To access these photos, click on the link
below, then enter "Ellensburg" (without the quote marks) into the Subject search
box, and click on the Search Button.
